I got my first cavity this year. What? 32 years old! That’s pretty good eh? I was so mad though. My dentist told me it was probably my last baby that caused it! Not sure why, but you gotta blame someone, right? So we will blame little EJ! For the most part I have practiced pretty good oral hygiene my whole life, but one thing I am not good at is flossing. I do it, but maybe a few times a month. Yup, I admit, I am really bad at it. I’m one that mumbles when the dentist ask me how often I floss :/ This is something we are all working on in our family. My husband is a rock star with it, but the kids and I need to do better.
We have a few things we need to do better as far as oral health care. Since I am their mama, and their Heroic Health Habits Hero (sounds cool right!) we are going to work harder this month to take better care of our teeth. I am going to put my cute little sign on their mirror in the bathroom so they will think about it more. They do brush, but I know they could do better. Thankfully none of my kids have ever had a cavity! (knock on wood!)
We just received a shipment from LISTERINE to help us out a bit in that regard. My kids are loving the SMART RINCE ANTICAVITY FLUORIDE RINCE, it taste like bubble gum, what kid doesn’t like bubble gum? It also has a really cool “squeeze to measure” feature so they can’t actually pour it out. It also doesn’t contain alcohol, which is a plus!
The LISTERINE ULTRACLEAN ACCESS FLOSSER is awesome. You know when you normally floss and have to shove your fist in your mouth and try to get your back molars? This makes it so much easier!
As for the floss I am liking the LISTERINE HEALTHY WHITE MINT FLOSS which has the MICRO-GROOVES TECHNOLOGY that removes 2X’s more plaque than Gentle Glide Floss. The GENTLE GUM CARE FLOSS is perfect for me since when I start getting into flossing because my gums are really sensitive!

Thanks for the review it is a good reminder. I used to be really bad at flossing but I now have to do it daily or I am upset. I have been lucky in my 68 years to only have a few cavities. Of course, they are lead based so now they are removing them and doing a different kind; so it means double the cavity treatment.
Blessings for this one and keep up the good works with the kids; it will be a financially good decision.
