As most of you know, most websites make money. If you are here reading my blog, you should assume that my blog makes money in some way.
Don’t be shocked!
I wouldn’t be very smart if I spent all this time blogging and wasn’t compensated in some way. The great thing about it is, you don’t have to pay me to come and read my blog, I make money from businesses and ad networks and you get to just read what I write! Isn’t that awesome! I can share fun ideas, products and deals with my readers and I don’t have to charge you!
This blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation. I am compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. The views and opinions expressed on this blog 100% my own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider. My blog does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest.
Here are some of the ways it makes money.
Amazon Affiliate– Don’t worry you don’t pay more because you buy through my link, I just make a tiny amount of money if I link to products in my post. The other great thing is that even if you just link over to amazon and don’t buy my product that I linked to but another product, I still make a small percentage! So thanks! The Things I Love MOst is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com
Product Reviews– I love doing product reviews. I love trying out new products and also reviewing products I already love. There is always room to love more products, right? Most often I am no compensated, but on occasion I will be compensated along with also receiving the product. Now because my blog is called The Things I Love Most and because I am 100% honest in all my reviews I will not review products I don’t like. If I receive a product to review and I hate it and think it is super lame I won’t review it, and will kindly email the company and mail it back.
Ads– Yes, like most websites a great way to make money is by sidebar ads. I don’t use a lot of ads, but do have a few on the blog to help compensate my time and money spend into making my blog wonderful! If you ever see an ad you are uncomfortable with please email me. I try to only let my ads be family friendly.
Weekly Deals– Weekly I share deals from my chosen affiliate companies. Like mentioned before I make money when someone purchases from my affiliate companies.
