Younique 3D Fiber Lash Mascara Review and Giveaway

I am not a huge makeup person, but I have to wear a little foundation and bronzer and for sure eye makeup!  I have like NO eyelashes.  I’m serious.  My boys, husband included have way better lashes than me.  Not fair huh!?!  I am also not one to go get eye lash extensions or wear fake eye lashes.  Knowing me I would one would totally fall out without me even knowing it.  I have been hearing about this new eyelash mascara stuff that makes your lashes look longer and have been slightly interested in trying it, but was pretty skeptical.  The company is called Younique.  A few weeks ago I received an email from Jacque, who I haven’t met asking me if I wanted to try this product out which is called, Younique 3D Fiber Lash Mascara. I asked her some questions and she responded.  Here is our conversations…

ME – “I just recently heard of this mascara and have been interested in it, but it costs more than I would normally spend on mascara. I’m wondering why it cost so much and how long it last? I would love to do a review, but I hate to promote stuff to my blog readers that is too costly, so convince me why the cost is worth it 🙂 “

The $29 gives you 2 tubes. One is the transplanting gel, the other is the fibers. It is a 3 step process: gel, fibers, gel. The gel is to hold the fibers on, and then to seal them. While it does seem like alot, you get 2-3 months out of one set! Professional false lashes can run anywhere from $50-$200. Who has time to book an appointment anyway? One of the reasons it costs more than the mascara you can find in the stores is because of the ingredients. While the gel is not all natural, it is naturally based! The fibers are green tea fibers and they are all natural!
