Pretty Darn Funny “Fitness Challenge” & Giveaway

September 16, 2013 by The Things I Love Most

So I was not feeling good at all this whole weekend.  I don’t know if it is allergies or what, but my head feels like it’s going to blow up!  So I didn’t write the post about my new phone plan….but I will today I PROMISE!!
Today I just wanted to share with you the Season Finale of Pretty Darn Funny…
I loved this one!  I totally feel that way when I am trying to finish a race, like the finish like is so far away and I am running my little tail of trying to get there, and I feel like I am in slow motion!!
And Oh how I would hate being yelled at while I was working out.  I stopped watching Biggest Loser because I couldn’t stand Jillian yelling at everyone!
Have any of you ever done Crossfit or all the weeks of Insanity or P90X.  I totally want to try one.
What would you all recommend?
Anyway, Deseret book has offered to give one of my readers this really cool book….
The Power of Starting Something Stupid by Richie Norton

Book Description
What if the smartest people in the world understand something that the rest of us don’t? (They do.) What if they know that in order to achieve success, they will sometimes have to do things that others may initially perceive as stupid? The fact of the matter is that the smartest people in the world don’t run from stupid, they lean into it (in a smart way).
In The Power of Starting Something Stupid, Richie Norton redefines stupid as we know it, demonstrating that life-changing ideas are often tragically mislabeled stupid. What if the key to success, creativity, and fulfillment in your life lies in the potential of those stupid ideas?

Doesn’t it sound cool?  I want to buy it and give it to my husband who has SO many cool ideas in his amazing brain!

Here is how to enter….
To enter we are going to do something super easy.  Share this giveaway on Facebook, Like my Facebook Page Here and Leave me a comment here or on my Facebook wall saying you shared and liked!  I will pick a winner next Sunday Morning!

I have not tried P90X, but I finished Insanity and I like that one. It was really hard, but felt good to be able to do it. I got it on KSL for a pretty good price. Good luck!
