Easy Blueberry Cobbler

May 30, 2013 by The Things I Love Most

This has become our favorite Sunday dessert as of late.  It is super easy and tastes SOOO good!
Easy Blueberry Cobbler
{Printable Version Here}
  • 3 Cups Frozen or Fresh Blueberries {Thawed out}
  • 1/4 Cup  Sugar, Honey or Agave
  • 1 T Cinnamon
  • 1 Package White or Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/4 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Mix together Blueberries, Sugar and Cinnamon and pour in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.  Sprinkle dry cake mix over blueberry mixture, and drizzle melted butter and water over the top of that.  Don’t worry if it doesn’t sink it…it will!  Bake for 40 mins at 350 degrees!  Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream on top!!
