I have really enjoyed participating in the I Can Read! Readathon with my kids. My son and I went to the library the other day and he was so excited when he saw and I Can Read! book and ran over to show me it! It is so important to read to your kids every day! It’s never to early to start. I read books with my 1 year old and he loves them…and also tries to eat them! 🙂 It’s important for our kids to also see us read on a regular basis so they can see our example and get excited about reading!

We love these books! They make it so easy for my kids when they are learning to read.
My grandson is just starting to get interested in reading. I don’t know yet what his favorite books will be.
My favorite are the Amelia Bedelia books.
I’ve not read any of the “I can read” books yet, my toddler would probably love them so now I’ll be on the lookout for them, thanks for the post.
