I’ve been on this whole 30 food kick for the last month and was SO excited for my free day to come around and make me a delicious dessert! It’s kind of fun all week to imagine what sweet you are going to eat and then make it! I am a big time pie fan, as most of you know because I always talk about it, but I am also a big time pudding fan! I remember my mom making pudding, or buying us ready to eat pudding for an after school snack or when we were on vacation! YUMMY! These delicious Hershey’s Ready to Eat Puddings are SO yummy and are made made with real Hershey’s cocoa. They come in both Chocolate and S’mores! When I saw the S’mores variety at Walmart the other day I had the best idea for a quick and easy dessert!
We haven’t been camping much this year but we have made a few S’mores in our backyard fire pit. It’s always such great memories eating S’mores together as a family, even if it does get super messy! While I was thinking about the dessert I wanted this week I decided I wanted to get the taste of S’mores into a pie! I would much rather be eating pie together as a family than messy S’mores! I was excited when I came up with this simple 3 ingredient Hershey’s S’mores Pudding Pie! The recipe is So simple and easy and tastes amazing!!
Hershey’s S’mores Pudding Pie
All you need is a Graham Cracker Crust, 6-8 Hershey’s Ready to Eat Puddings, and 2 cups of mini marshmallows!I decided to make my own crust since I like them better than store bought. They are so easy to make. I just throw a package of graham crackers in the blender, blend them on high until they are all crumbles. Pour in a bowl, add a 1/4 c of melted butter and 1 T sugar. Put in pan and bake on 350º for 8 mins! Let cool for 30 mins. (to have it cool faster, place in refridgerator)Open all the ready to eat pudding packs, I used 4 S’mores and 4 plain chocolate, and mix them in a bowl. Pour into crust.
Top with a layer of mini Marshmallows. Place in oven on Broil for about 1- 1 1/2 mins. Make sure you stand right by the oven so they don’t burn.
Place in fridge for about an hour.
And Enjoy!
As you can see from this pictures, we ate it a little too quickly before it came out of the fridge, but it still tasted amazing!
You can find the Hershey’s Ready to Eat Puddings in the cold food section back by the yogurt and milk. Don’t forget you can also get a coupon for Hershey’s Ready to Eat Puddings in the The All You Magazine issue released on 9/18.
