Yup that’s right! It’s Dr. Seuss’s Birthday today! I love these books!! When I think of Dr. Seuss I think of two book. Green Eggs and Ham, and The Places You’ll Go! I love those two books, both very fun and amazingly creative!! Theodor Seuss Geisel is that man behind the books you can read a little about him here! What a creative person he was! Geisel’s birthday, March 2, has also been adopted as the annual date for National Read Across America Day, an initiative on reading created by the National Education Association.
Here is what we plan on doing today during our school day…
- Read all our our Dr. Seuss Books
- Play some fun games on this web site!
- Make Dr. Seuss Hats!
- And for dinner we are going to have Green eggs and Ham.
Also get excited for Friday when I am going to tell you about an awesome food storage class I just got done taking!!
Have a great day!!
