Black Bean Burgers

September 22, 2014 by The Things I Love Most

I had to share this yummy recipe with you today.  Theses are by far one of my favorite dinners.  Even my kids like it!  Adding the fresh picked corn was a great addition to the meal! YUMMY!
Black Bean Burgers
{Printable Version Here}

  • 2 C Black Beans mashed
  • 1 c Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 C Salsa
  • 2 t Garlic
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice
Combine all ingredients.
Make patties out of mixture.
Place on griddle and cook until crisp.  Add lettuce, tomatoes, add other hamburger ingredients. I topped mine with homemade pico!  Place on lettuce or bun.

Happy Eating!
