Chocolate Zucchini Banana Bundt Cake

I know you are totally sick of my zucchini recipes, but I have one more.  I promise this one is super good you will be glad I did.  I have SO many banana and zucchini bread recipes I looked over them and made up this recipe.  It turned out SO yummy!!

Chocolate Zucchini Banana Bundt Cake
{Printable Recipe Here}

 

  • 1 1/3 C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 1 C mashed banana
Mix all these ingredients together.  Then add
  • 4 t cocoa
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 1/2 C Flour (wheat or white)
  • 1/4 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t Cinnamon
  • 1/2 nutmeg
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 C zucchini
Mix together and pour into greased Bundt pan (or you can use loaf pans)  Bake at 350 for 40-50 mins, check by sticking a knife in it and it comes out clean.  Dust with powdered sugar and Enjoy!

    I am ready to put this in the oven and i don’t know what temperature to set the oven to. Guess I’ll just set it at 350.
