To start this post off I just wanted to let you know I am DONE with my 30 days of No Sugar, No Carbs and I lost….{Drum Roll Please}…..16 Pounds!!!! I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. I was also totally shocked. I made my husband check like 4 times!
It was super hard this time around, and I am really sick of squash, but I do feel good. Will I keep doing it….Yes and No. I am definitely going to eat more veggies and not a lot of carbs. I am going to eat treats every few days because I miss chocolate! I am going to try to eat well over the holidays and then will probably do it one more time in the new year!
We went and visited family last week before we had to come home and get busy with life. My husband started school again and is working his tail of doing his Christmas lights business. I know, it’s early, but he has a lot of accounts! Check out his website I just did here!
Anyway, we had a great time and love being with family! The one things I miss about living in Utah Valley is FALL! The trees and leaves and the changing of the colors. We still get it a little where we live, but it is NOTHING like this….
Here are my top 6 favorite things about fall…
1 – Jumping in the Leaves
2 – Eating yummy fall foods{soup, pie, cocoa}
3 – Going on walks or drives
4 – Going to the park
5 – Earlier bed time
6 – Jeans and Jackets

That is awesome that you lost 16 pounds. I probably need to follow your example. Chocolate gets me every time; I am addicted.
I love the fall colors the most. Also, fall has it’s own special feeling. Football games and hotdogs is a good one; although we haven’t done that this year.
