I used to work on campus at BYU when I went to school there. One of my favorite treats besides buying myself a whole small loaf of fresh baked bread and honey butter, was BYU’s Chocolate Covered Cinnamon Bears. Is till have never found any that taste just as good, so I decided to make some of my own!! And they turned out pretty darn good!! {but still not as good as BYU’s}
So here is how to make them. They make a great Easter treat!!
Chocolate Covered Cinnamon Bunnies
1 Package Cinnamon Bunnies {eat 10 plain ones before you start making them 🙂
1 Package Wilton Chocolate Candy Melts {next time I am trying the dark chocolate ones}
Melt chocolate in Microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until melted.
Dip bunny in with spoon and once covered, place on cookie sheet that is covered in wax paper.
Place in freezer for 15 mins and then store in an air tight container and limit yourself to how many you will eat, because I could have eaten all of them 😉
Enjoy!!
Oh and don’t forget to enter the Giveaway for the Whole Foods Kitchen Cookbook by tonight!!
