My grandma got this recipe from someone who got it from someone, so I told her I was just going to call it Grandma’s Cranberry Jello because she taught me how to make it! She made this over Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. It is more of a dessert than a side dish because it is super sweet! For some reason Jello is not a dessert in our family…it’s a side dish! I’m cool with it, it makes me feel less guilty about having dessert after!
2 Cups boiling water
1 Large Package Jello
2 cups sour cream
1 can jellied cranberry
Boil the water and add the Jello. Once mixed add sour cream and cranberry Jello. Pour into a dish (I used a heart pan that my grandmother gave me). Let it sit in the fridge until set. I like it creamy like it is in the picture, but you can keep it in for longer to make it thicker.
