Green happens to be my youngest’s favorite color so he is loving all the green treats and decorations we are making. Because I have two boys both under the age of 3 I have to take in to consideration time and how much attention a recipe needs when I’m preparing treats because it’s inevitable that someone is going to get hit, or have to go potty, or decide that they need something right. this. second. Back in February we made these Ombre Sweet Treats for Valentine’s Day and my whole family loved them! Plus it took me less than 10 minutes to make them (not including the time it took to let the Jello set up).
Since they were such a hit and so easy to make I decided to make them again for St. Patrick’s Day. This time I added sprinkles to the top and my boys loved them even more! With only 3 ingredients (4 if you include the sprinkles) this recipe is super easy to make and is easy on the pocket book too. So if you have a few minutes grab these ingredients and create a fun dessert to celebrate the Luck of the Irish.
