Pierced by Love by Laura Walker {Book Review}

About the book: Noelle Jensen doesn’t want to like Pierce Logan. After her boyfriend breaks up with her for her sister, Noelle is done with love. Plus Pierce Logan has commitment issues because of his parents’ divorce and a strained relationship with his dad. But as Pierce and Noelle inadvertently help each other to open up their hearts, they also rediscover the importance of family and love, and find that they become their true selves around each other!

My Review: I really enjoyed reading Pierced by Love by Laura Walker and reviewing this book that was recently published by Cedar Fort. It is a young adult fiction book for anyone age, although in my opinion you should be dating age! It is a very clean book with nothing improper or too romantic in it. While I am not in the college, dating, in my 20’s time in my life, I liked reading it because it brought me back to that time and made me not miss it at all! LOL!! The book was pretty predictable but there was some things that happened in the story that I didn’t expect. It was a quick read that was fun and entertaining! The story is a sweet story about how to get back on your feet after hard times, finding love, and finding out who you really are! One thing I liked about the story was that Noelle finally found out who she was and that she wasn’t the person she wanted to be with the other boy. That is a crucial thing in finding a husband. You want to find someone you can be yourself around and they love you for it! I would totally recommend this book to anyone!

About the author: Laura Walker grew up in southern Arizona. She met her husband, Rob, at Northern Arizona University where she earned her bachelor degree in Elementary Education. She and Rob are raising their six children. Her hobbies include water aerobics and sewing. At the end of the day, Laura loves to curl up with a good book or write one of her own. Pierced by Love is her first published novel.
