Makes 6 servings
2 cups fat-free or low-fat milk
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter
1/4 Cup Monk Fruit In The Raw Bakers Bag.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large banana
6 (8-ounce) plastic cups or glass dessert dishes
1. Pour 1/4 cup of the milk into a small saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and
set aside for 5 minutes for the gelatin to soften. Place the peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
