Amazing Hairstyles: From Easy to Elegant {Review}

November 21, 2014 by The Things I Love Most

Growing up I always wanted daughters!  Like 5 daughter…HAHA! I learned to love doing hair when I was a teenager.  I loved to pretend I knew how to do up-dos, and cool hairstyles.  I knew how to french braid really well, which I taught myself because my mom didn’t french braid.  I thought I would love to have a ton of daughters to do their hair everyday.  I totally laugh at this now because just with one daughter I can barely find the time or patience to do her hair.  I don’t’ know how those moms with more than one daughter find time to do all that hair before 9 am church! Hats off to them!  I can barely do my own and my daughters plus makes sure my boys don’t look like orphans! Now that my daughter is older she actually does a pretty darn good job doing her own hear, but between the ages of 7-10 she didnt’ really want me to do her hair, she wanted to do it.  For the most part she did OK, but I totally wanted to fix it a lot.  She was trying to be a big girl and I needed to let her!
Now she LOVES me to do her hair.  Especially since we got this amazing new book and purchased these awesome Curlformers which we LOVE!  Doing her hair has been so much easier!  I have also learned to be a title more creative on my own after seeing some of these adorable hair styles in the book!
If you haven’t ever seen the blog Babes in Hairland and you have a daughter that wants you to do her hair, this is an awesome blog to give you some simple and fun ideas, plus some pretty amazing hairstyles to that you never thought you could do.
