Strike of the Sweepers – Janitors Book 4 Book Review

September 24, 2014 by The Things I Love Most

If you have not read this book series it is a must read!  I have written about how much my kids love it here.  Start with book one and you will love it!  It is a great read for all the kids!  My daughter snatched up the new Janitors book before I was able to read it!  So I told her she had to write the review!

Lala’s Review:  With the new ways to get around this story is more exciting and interesting than ever!  If your are looking for an exciting story with unexpected turns in it this is the book for you.  You won’t guess what is coming next. What might happen if they misjudge their translator?  What might happen if Mr. Clean gains power.  You have got to read this book to find out the answers!  I recommend this book for children ages 6 – 96!  It is thrilling story of adventure and mystery I know you will love!

Book Description: The stakes have never been higher, and you’ve never seen squeegees do this before! It is a wild and slightly unsanitary ride

as Spencer, Daisy, and the rebels find themselves chased by Mr. Clean’s new and terrifying breed of toxite—the Sweepers. Time is short. With the fabled Manualis Custodem in hand, Spencer must figure out how to summon the founding witches if they ever hope to mop up and save education.

What critics are saying about Janitors:
“ Action-packed and surprising! Readers will become convinced of the value of telling the truth, while having a lot of fun along the way.” —Publishers Weekly
“An entertaining ruckus.” —Kirkus Reviews
“ Entertaining . . . with plenty of twists and turns.” —Brandon Mull, author of Fablehaven and Beyonders series
“An enormously entertaining book.” —Orson Scott Card

About the Author:
Tyler Whitesides worked as a janitor at an elementary school to put himself through college. He is the best-selling author
of the Janitors series. He graduated from Utah State with a degree in Music. In addition to writing YA novels, Tyler is an avid composer and arranger of instrumental music. He and his wife—who teaches third grade—live in Logan, Utah.

I read book one and loved it. I kind of forgot about it these books, but I’m glad for the reminder because now I can read book one again and zoom through four in a row! (I don’t like having to wait for the next book in a series to come out!) I think my sister might have these books too,so I can borrow them from her.
