Win a 13″ Purple Cow Hot & Cold Laminator

July 16, 2013 by The Things I Love Most

Congrats to the winner
Shannon Jensen Lee

Email me at thethingsilovemost@gmail.com to
claim your prize!!

I have blogged a few times about how much I LOVE my Purple Cow Laminator!  I found the 9″ one at Costco about 3 years ago and use it all the time.

My daughter LOVES getting the American Girl Doll magazines, so we cut out a bunch of the dolls one day and made Paper Dolls.  I wrote about it here. Didn’t they turn out so cute?  They will never rip and are so fun to play with!!
I love making charts for my kids for their jobs and other stuff and have made quite of few.  I am kind of a chart nerd!  I have a thought and then think “hmmm let’s make a chart and then I can laminate it!!”   Then I can just use a wet erase marker and put new stuff on each week!
I also love laminating my flash cards that I make for the kids.

And my kids favorite thing to do is to make personalized placemats.  Here we did leaf rubbings with crayons and leaves.

I was so excited when Paula for Purple Cow sent me this new PURPLE COW HOT AND COLD LAMINATOR, 13 INCH, WITH 50 HOT POCKETS (3027) I also got some really great 11×14 and 12 X12 pockets.
I was so excited to try it out!  My daughter quickly made up a placemat and we laminated it! I bet you wish you could have been there ;).  It was awesome!!

And now for what you have been waiting for…Purple Cow has offered to giveaway this awesome 13″ Laminator to one of my lucky readers.

Here are the specs from their site…

This Purple Cows® wide feed hot and cold laminator allows you to easily protect documents, create wipeable placemats and more! With its 13 inch feed, you can laminate craft projects up to 12 inches wide. The machine’s settings allow you switch between hot and cold lamination. It even accommodates both 3 mil and 5 mil hot laminating pockets without the need to change settings.
This hot and cold laminator from Purple Cows® is very energy efficient, and comes with a 50 piece variety pack of 3 mil hot pocket laminating pouches.

So enter!  I know you are going to love it!!

I always have things I want to laminate but I don’t want to go somewhere to do it…so I resort to packing tape! Haha. It’s usually not a real fancy thing if I go that far. Just a don’t eat Pete game, but still, it would’ve been awesome to just run it through a laminator!

There are SO many reasons that I would love to have this laminator! The most important one though would be to preserve important pictures and documents. I am researching my family tree and have come across so may articles and photos that are starting to “disappear”.

I’m always taking articles and pictures out of the news paper or magazines. It’s hard to keep them in good repair. A laminator would preserve them well.
