We are headed back home today from a really fun weekend with family, a homeschool conference and a baby blessing. We are hitting the Zoo before we hit the road, and my kids are SO excited! I have a bunch of fun posts lined up this week, but today I thought I would give you a sneak peek into what we have been up to lately….{this picture was taken about 3 weeks ago and they are not that cute anymore} We also added 3 more yellow ones to the lot that my friends brought over for us to raise….She called me their “chicken mama” LOL! I think my daughter is more of the Chicken Mama than I am since I don’t even like to touch them!
For those that know my fear of birds, you would be proud of me! I held that cute little black one for about 10 seconds the other day until I almost dropped it because it moved in my hand…eeek! Yeah I am a wimp, but birds scare me 🙂
We are all finished with the coop….
Isn’t it so cute!?!
My husband is going to write up a tutorial for the blog..since I wasn’t really involved in the building of it!!
