Welcome back everyone! Last year I decided I wanted not only to do fun activities leading up to Christmas, I also wanted to do some teaching and learning to really help my kids understand the true spirit of Christmas! This year like last I added 25 Days of the Spirit of Christmas. We will do this part of it during school. I changed this up just a little bit from last year, but am mostly using stuff from Discover Christmas through Discover the Scriptures for only $7.99. It has 25 days of great stuff to help bring the spirit of Christmas into your home. It also has stories, memory verses, recipes, crafts, hands-on projects, service ideas and hand-made gifts.
I have some great stuff coming up in December as part of my 25 Days of Christmas Celebration. Some really great giveaways and wonderful guest post! So, get excited!!
Now onto our Giveaway for today. Like last year, I am going to do a giveaway prize pack of Things I Love!
Here is how to enter: Leave a comment telling me that you told your friends, family, facebook friends, whoever, about The Things I Love 25 Days of Christmas . Then come back and tell me how you told your friends! So for the next week tell your friends and family all about it, and come back here and leave me a comment telling me how you spread the news! I will pick the winner on December 4th!
Have a great day!!

I found your post through Mormon Moms Who Blog. What great ideas! I thought it was a wonderful thing to do with family, whether or not there’s a giveaway. I did share with my facebook friends. And a little later in the day (it’s 5:56am) I’ll share with a family who just adopted 3 children to add to their 5. She’s always looking for things just like this that she can teach her children.
Great ideas.

I blogged about this and linked . I just love the simple ideas. Wish I had 24 Christmas books to use for that tradition…it would be awesome. I think I may have 12 and can do it for the 12 Days of Christmas. Thank you for helping us all keep our priorities straight during the season. Oh and I’m going to post this on Facebook too.

I found you on Pintrest, and was thrilled to see another Mom trying to keep the focus on the real meaning of Christmas. We began some of the same ideas you had lat year with our 1and 2year olds. I want to add more this year and loved the ornaments you shared about. I am going to get on that list! I am telling my family about your site. My husband will love it! I also can’t wait to share it with my sister-in-law who is adopting her first from China-hopefully, just in time for Christmas!
