This post brought to you by NECTRESSE™Sweetener. All opinions are 100% mine.
I was excited to try the new NECTRESSE™Sweetener. It is a 100% natural sweetener (nothing artificial) made from monk fruit blended with other natural sweeteners. It tastes great and we really like this as an alternative sweetener. I love adding a little sweetness to my herbal tea of fresh squeezed lemon and water. 1 packet equals 2 tsp of sugar. One of my favorite breakfasts is to put it in my plain yogurt with blueberries, bananas and homemade granola on top. The hubby and I made up a yummy fruit shake with it. Here is the recipe I used. I made it in my blendtec, but you really could use any blender.

Wikipedia says 90% of the supply for this sweetener comes from China. I haven’t verified this but I’d try to avoid eating anything imported from China.

don’t be afraid of a little chinese melon, they probably have great growing conditions for this fruit,;and it tastes great!
