Quick and Easy 2 Ingredient Salmon Recipe

July 18, 2012 by The Things I Love Most

Salmon
This is our go to dinner for night when we didn’t plan or prepare ahead of time.  We buy the Salmon from Costco that comes in the individual packs, but you could easily do it with a big fresh salmon also.  All you do is line your cookie sheet with tinfoil, lay each piece of salmon on and then sprinkle these two ingredient on it.

  • Lemons Pepper
  • Honey

Yup, that’s it.  Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.  Sometimes we add a little bit of honey after or as a dipping sauce and squeeze a little bit of lime on the top!.  YUMMY!  My kids love it, even my pickiest eater loves it!
It’s that simple. Happy Eating!

I like fish but I’m not a big salmon fan. Well, to be honest I’ve only had it once but I didn’t love it. Maybe I’ll try it like this. Ya never know…
