We are big smoothie (aka”fruit shake”) fans! We have at least one a day…sometimes two if I don’t want to make dinner! 🙂 Come one tell me you do the same thing? I usually try to sneak the green stuff in! My silly daughters says she can taste it and that it is horrible. She’s funny! One day she will thank me for my healthy green smoothies! My husband and boys LOVE Honeydew so I decided to make a shake out of Honeydew and frozen Cherries, and obviously a frozen banana which makes any smoothie smoothier! (that’s a word right 😉
It’s super easy, just add any sort of milk. I used vanilla almond milk, Honeydew, frozen cherries, a banana and a drop of stevia if you have it, but it doesn’t really need it. It just gave it a added vanilla flavor that was yummy! Blend it in a high-powered blender and Enjoy!
My poor husband didn’t get to try it because I made it after he went to work so I will for sure be making it again!
- 2 Cups Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 1/2 C Honeydew
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup Frozen Cherries
- 1 Drop Vanilla Stevia
- Add all ingredient to a high-powered blender and enjoy!
